The Deputy Minister of National Defence Alkiviadis Stefanis visited, on Tuesday 24 November 2020, the Athens Naval Hospital and on Friday 27 November 2020, the 251 Air Force General Hospital and the 401 Athens Army General Hospital. He was briefed by the Administrations on the Hospitals’ organisation in the context of the Ministry of National Defence contribution to the management of the health crisis.
During his visit to the Athens Naval Hospital, he was accompanied by the Chief of the Hellenic Navy General Staff Vice Admiral Stylianos Petrakis, to the 251 Air Force General Hospital by the Chief of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff Lieutenant General Georgios Blioumis and to the 401 Athens Army General Hospital by the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff Lieutenant General Charalambos Lalousis, as well as the Director of the Medical Directorate of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff Major General Georgios Toloumis.
