On Wednesday, 30 March 2022, the Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Chardalias briefed the members of the Hellenic Parliament’s Special Standing Committee on Armament Programs and Contracts on three matters (programs activation/award) for the Army, which received a positive opinion.
The meeting of the Special Standing Committee was held at the Parliament’s Senate Hall and was attended by the Chief of Hellenic National Defence General Staff, General Konstantinos Floros, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Charalambos Lalousis, as well as the General Directors of the General Directorate for Defence Investments and Armaments, Vice Admiral Aristidis Alexopoulos HN (ret.), and the General Directorate of Financial Planning and Support, Rear Admiral Dimitrios Ryziotis HN.
