The Minister of National Defence Mr. Panos Panagiotopoulos received today in the Ministry of National Defence a large delegation from the Hellenic Republic Assets Development Fund, under his Chairman Mr. Takis Athanassopoulos and the Managing Counsellor Mr. Yiannis Emiris.

The meeting was also attended, from the Ministry’s side, by the Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Panaghiotis Karambelas, the Chief of the Hellenic Navy General Staff Vice Admiral Kosmas Christidis, the Chief of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff Lieutenant General (AF) Antonios Tsantirakis, the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff Lieutenant General Konstantinos Gkinis, the Deputy Chief of Defence Vice Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis (replacing the Chief of Defence who was at working trip), the Special Secretary of the Ministry of National Defence Mr. Antonis Oikonomou and from the Fund’s side, a unit of technical and legal counsellors.

The aim of the meeting was to promote matters regarding the procedures for the exploitation of the Public Sector’s Assets and the denationalisation of bodies under the supervision of the Ministry of National Defence.
