The Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr Nikolaos Chardalias today, Friday 21 January 2022, conducted a meeting at the Ministry of National Defence with the Chief of the Defence Staff of France, General Thierry Burkhard, in the context of his official visit to Greece.
During the meeting, attended also by the Chief of HNDGS General Konstantinos Floros, views were congenially and cordially exchanged, on issues of common interest, centred on the close and powerful military cooperation between the two countries. Furthermore, the current regional and international developments, as well as their consequences to the security and stability in the wider region of the Eastern Mediterranean, the Middle East and Europe were discussed.
