A meeting was held today in the Ministry of National Defence between representatives of the Ministry of National Defence, the National Defence Fund, and the Athens Bar Association, to discuss the lease of spaces in the Courts in the former buildings of the Hellenic Military Academy (Evelpidon) for copying services, while ensuring the lawfulness of the process.
Upon considering that the current copying rates are too high, hence they must be reduced to the benefit of the attorneys and parties who need them, the following were agreed:
The National Defence Fund will withdraw its notice Nr. 01/2017 and will issue a new tender notice with the following criteria:
1. Substantial reduction of starting prices (first bid prices)
2. Maximum price per photocopy (A4 black and white page) €0.07 (including VAT)
3. Modernisation of services provided using electronic equipment
