he Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos will participate tomorrow, Wednesday 23 September, in the programmed meetings of the Standing Committee on National Defence and Foreign Affairs.
In particular, the first meeting will be held at 11:00 in the “Ioannis Kapodistrias” Hall at the MOD, on the agenda item regarding the briefing of the Committee’s members on the new Structure in the Armed Forces.
The meeting will be held behind closed doors and respecting all necessary precautionary measures for the coronavirus. The Directorate of Press and Public Information will send in time footage and photographs for public use to all the Mass Media.
At 18:00, the Parliamentary Committee shall convene again at the Hellenic Parliament Assembly Hall, on the agenda:
“Opinions by the members of the Committee, as specified in the Parliament’s Regulation, combined with art. 72 of Law 3883/2010, regarding the new Structure of the Armed Forces”.
