On the Holy Days of the Easter, my wish is that you, who defend Greece’s national independence and integrity, infused by the universal values of Orthodoxy, will carry on progressing with faith and vision for a country that meets our expectations. May the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ bring health, progress and happiness to you and your families.
Especially these days, our thoughts are with the two servicemen who are away from their families, as they are held hostage by the Turkish regime, without a trial and contravening all treaties, reason and customary law applied in such cases. We are engaged in having them soon with us.
