Yesterday, 10 June 2021, the Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos received in his office the Under Secretary of State for EU Affairs of Finland and Director of the Steering Board Hybrid-CoE Mr. Jori Arvonen, as well as the Director of Hydrid-CoE Mrs. Teija Tiilikainen. During the meeting they exchanged views on matters pertaining to the EU Defence and Security.

Previously, Mr. Arvonen and Mrs. Tiilikainen had met with the Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Alkiviadis Stefanis with whom they discussed matters pertaining to the management of hybrid threats.
