On Wednesday, 10 April 2019, the Minister of National Defence Evangelos Apostolakis, accompanied by the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff General Christos Christodoulou HAF, visited the Fleet Command and the Higher Military Command of Interior and Islands “AIGEAS”.
The Chief of the Hellenic Navy General Staff Vice Admiral Nikolaos Tsounis HN and the Fleet Commander in Chief Vice Admiral Stylianos Petrakis HN, as well as the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff Lieutenant General Georgios Kampas and the Commander of the Higher Military Command of Interior and Islands Lieutenant General Georgios Dimitropoulos welcomed the Minister of National Defence, accordingly.
The Minister discussed the current operation and training activities of the aforementioned Formations, provided directions and guidance and addressed their personnel.
