The Minister of National Defence Evangelos Apostolakis will visit the United States from 5 to 7 June 2019 for a scheduled meeting with the Acting US Secretary of Defence Patrick Shanahan.
The Minister of National Defence will also meet with the US Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan, members of the US Congress, and representatives of organisations of the Hellenic Diaspora, and will participate as a keynote speaker in the 8th “EU and Foreign Policy Defence Forum 2019”, which is organised by the European Union Delegation to the US and “Foreign Policy” magazine.
