Today, Thursday 26 November 2020, the Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos, met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Mr. Soosuk LIM and discussed matters of bilateral and international interest.
On the occasion of the 70 years anniversary since the beak out of the war in Korea, Mr. Ambassador presented the Minister of National Defence with a commemorative plaque of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs of the Republic of Korea, to honour the exceptional bravery and priceless sacrifice of the Greeks who fell and the war Veterans, giving thanks and expressing gratitude for the contribution of the Hellenic Armed Forces.
Earlier the Ambassador of Korea had met with the Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Alkiviadis Stefanis.
