Today, Wednesday 12 August 2020, the Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos met with the Ambassador of Israel to Greece Mr. Yossi Amrani, with whom he discussed the regional developments as well as the security and stability challenges in the Eastern Mediterranean, resulting from the escalating, destabilizing and illegal actions of Turkey.
The Israeli Ambassador referred to the Israeli Government announcement which expresses Israel’s full support to Greece, its sea zones and its right to delimit its EEZ.
