The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos and the Alternate Minister of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks Christos Spirtzis attended the signing of the Special Regulation between the HNDGS and the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority, for the opportunity given to the operators of aircrafts and helicopters in the Armed Forces, to obtain a Part-Flight Crew License.
The Special Regulation was signed by the Chief of HNDGS Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis and the Governor of the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority Konstantinos Lintzerakos.
The Special Regulation aims to establish the prerequisites and procedures for the certification of knowledge, experience and abilities of aircrafts and helicopters operators in the Armed Forces by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority, according to the current institutional framework of the EU for the issuance and award of civilian type degrees based on certain criteria.
