The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos, accompanied by the Chief of HNDGS Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis, is visiting Cairo in the context of the international defence equipment exposition “EDEX 2018”, inaugurated in the presence of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El – Sisi.
The Minister of National Defence met with the Minister of Defence of Egypt Mohamed Ahmed Zaki.
A tripartite meeting of the Ministers of Defence of Greece, Cyprus and Egypt was later conducted.
In the context of the exposition, the Minister of National Defence met with the Minister of Defence of the United Arabic Emirates Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi.
