The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos visited the National Meteorological Service headquarters at Hellinikon.
He was briefed on the operation and action of the National Meteorological Service, the mission of which is the support of the national defence, the economy and the whole society, providing weather forecast to all the agencies that it supports, as well as research at scientific level on atmospheric and climate scales.
