Tomorrow, Thursday 1 April 2021, the Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos will inaugurate the beginning of the works of the seminar entitled “APPLIED AND HOLISTIC MANAGEMENT OF HYBRID THREATS AND CRISES”, organized by the General Directorate of National Defence Policy and International Relations of the Ministry of National Defence, at the “First Lieutenant (AF) Nikolaos Sialmas” Amphitheatre, at the Hellenic Air Force Academy.
According to the seminar schedule, there will be addresses delivered by the Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Alkiviadis Stefanis, the Secretary General of the Ministry Mr. Antonios Economou, HNDGS Chief General Konstantinos Floros, and the Director of National Defence Policy and International Relations Dr. Konstantinos Balomenos.
The aim of the seminar is to brief and effectively train the participants in the subject of holistic management of hybrid threats and crises, and bring together members who participate in the decision making process and members who implement these decisions at operational level, as well as experts, specialists and academics who deal with the study and analysis of hybrid threats/crises.
