We reiterate that the Ministry of National Defence has submitted the equivalent measures which it ought to take, to the Ministry of Finance since September 16, 2016.
Besides, the voting procedure of the new salary scale for the Armed Forces and the Security Services, as well as for all the other personnel categories to which it will be applied, has been scheduled to take place soon. Therefore, it is impossible for salary increases to freeze before the vote of the new salary scale.
The Ministry of National Defence has taken every appropriate action to prepare the salary scale of the Armed Forces so as to prevent any salary reduction for the entire personnel.
