Accompanying the Prime Minister Mr. Konstantinos Mitsotakis today, Tuesday 3 March 2020, to a visit he paid at the border region of Evros, the Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos briefed the PM on matters of military and operational nature,in Feres, the Surveillance Outpost Kipoi and the Surveillance Outpost Kastanies.
He was also participant in the government team led by the PM, which received in Alexandroupolis the President of the European Council Charles Michel, the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Parliament David Sassoli, the Vice President for promoting our European Way of Life Mr. Margaritis Schinas, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenković, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Davor Božinović
The Minister of National Defence was accompanied by the Chief HNDGS General Konstantinos Floros.
