The second operation for the repatriation of 23 Greek nationals who had been travelling on board the ship “Norman Atlantic” was completed on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, shortly after 10 a.m. The passengers were transferred from Brindisi, Italy, to Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos” on board a C-130 aircraft of the Hellenic Air Force.
