Upon decision of the Deputy Minister of National Defence Giannis Kefalogiannis, four soldiers, graduates of the medical school, are seconded to the Multi-Purpose Regional Clinics of Agathonisi, Tilos, Aghios Efstratios and the Regional Clinic of Erikousa, to cover medical needs, following a relevant request by the Ministry of Health.
The Deputy Minister of National Defence stated:
“The Armed Forces stand always by the side of society, wherever and whenever needed. We continue reinforcing Public Health with actions and assuring the equal access of the residents of remote Greece to the utmost commodity of medical care”.
