We regard training with greater extroversion. We understand that our personnel has everyday communication with other agencies as well, in view of actions and synergies and we wish to provide them data, through which they will increase their sense of extroversion. For many years, the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government offers us that. But now, we set a frame having vision, specific goals and countable effectiveness. At the same time, we too add our own experience in the wider public sector. The experience arises from the staff knowledge regarding analysing and finishing every mission, through implementation of the proposals that have initiated this procedure. We expect a lot of benefits from this cooperation and we are certain that we will soon have tangible results that will be extraordinary”.
