Following a unanimous decision of the Joint Chiefs of General Staff Council, upon recommendation of the Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos, the Defence Attaché of Russia to Greece Major General Gennady Mozhaev, whose tenure in Greece has been completed, was presented with the Star for Valour and Honour.
The Commendation award ceremony was attended by the leadership of the Armed Forces.
