The Minister of National Defence Nikos Dendias stated today, Friday 29 September 2023, upon his arrival at the Gala Dinner “The Outlook for Europe”, in the framework of the “3rd Economist Annual Metropolitan Summit” held in Thessaloniki:
“First of all, this is a very important summit. The topics analysed cover a broader spectrum. They refer to the economy, but also the geopolitics of the broader region. However, allow me to state a very last remark: It is really important that it is held here, in Thessaloniki. Thessaloniki should develop the dynamics of a Balkan metropolis. In this respect, this summit makes a very significant
contribution”.
