The Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr Nikolaos Hardalias attended yesterday, Friday 3 February 2023, the oath-taking ceremony of the new recruits of the Army, 2023 A’ Training Series of Enlisted Soldiers, which was conducted at the Armour Training Centre, in Avlona – Attica.
Other attendants were the MPs Mr Athanasios Athanasiou (A’ Eastern Attica Constituency) and Mr Nikolaos Papanastasis (Aetolia-Acarnania Constituency), His Eminence the Metropolitan of Ilion, Acharnae and Petroupoli Mr Athinagoras, the Honorary Chief of HAGS Lieutenant General (retired) Konstantinos Ziazias, the Mayors of Oropos Mr Georgios Giasimakis and of Eretria Lieutenant General (retired) Ioannis Dimitropoulos, the Commander of the Higher Army Support Military Command Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis as representative of the Chief of HAGS, the Director of the HAGS Cavalry – Armour Directorate Major General Georgios Mavroeidis, delegations of members of the Armed and Security Forces, relatives and friends of the oathtakers.
