The Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr Nikolaos Hardalias visited yesterday, Thursday 9 February 2023, the HQ of the 33 Mechanised Brigade in Polykastro and the premises of the Multinational Peacekeeping Operations Training Centre in Kilkis, accompanied by the Commanders of the 1st Army/EU–OHQ Lieutenant General Ioannis Tsioplios and of C’ Army Corps/NRDC-GR Lieutenant General Paris Kapravelos.
The Deputy Minister of National Defence, in the context of the visits, was briefed by the Commander of the Brigade, Brigadier General Georgios Stefanidis and the Commander of the Multinational Training Centre, Colonel Thomas Gravanopoulos on their organisation, their mission and their current activities, while he had the opportunity to talk with members of their staffs.
