The Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr Nikolaos Hardalias, from Thursday 9 to Sunday 12 February 2023, will visit Formations, Services, Units and Border Outposts of the Armed Forces in the Regions of the Central and Eastern Macedonia.
In particular, the schedule of the Deputy Minister of National Defence is outlined as follows:
Thursday 9 February
Visit to the 33 Mechanised Brigade in Polykastro and the Multinational Peacekeeping Operations Training Centre in Kilkis.
Friday 10 February
Visit to the 34 Mechanised Brigade in Assiros, the 567 Motorised Infantry Battalion in Sidirokastro, the Border Outposts of “ROUPEL” (and wreath laying at the site of the same name) and “PROMAHONAS” and the 10th Infantry Regiment in Serres.
Saturday 11 February
Visit to the E’ Raiders Squadron and the 165 Multiple Rocket Launchers Squadron in Drama and the 518 Motorised Infantry Battalion in Nevrokopi.
Sunday 12 February
Visit to the 724 Engineer Battalion, the 744 Engineer Company and the 316 Technical Regional Workshop, in Toxotes – Xanthi.
In the context of the visits, the Deputy Minister of National Defence will meet representatives of the Regional and Local Authorities of the areas he will pass through, as well as representatives of the Church.
