The Minister of National Defence Mr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos attended, today Friday 13 May, the Ceremony for the Donation of Vehicles by the “Greece 2021” Committee to the Hellenic Army General Staff, which took place in the “Ioannis Kapodistrias” Hall of HMoND.

Other attendants to the ceremony were the Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr Nikolaos Chardalias, the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff General Konstantinos Floros, the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff Lieutenant General Charalambos Lalousis, the Deputy Chief of the Hellenic Navy General Staff Rear Admiral Georgios Kabourakis, representing the Chief of HNGS and the Deputy Chief of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff Major General Dimosthenis Grigoriadis, representing the Chief of HAFGS.

From the “Greece 2021” Committee, the following individuals participated: the President of the Committee Mrs Gianna Angelopoulos – Daskalaki, the Chief Executive Coordinator of the Committee Mr Marton Simitsek and the Members of the Executive Board of the Committee Mr Kostis Kontogiannis and Mr Theodoros Papapetropoulos.

The “Greece 2021” Committee donated twenty off-road surveillance vehicles (double cabin) to HAGS.
