Defence Secretary, Lloyd Austin. The Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, the NATO General Secretary, Jens Stoltenberg, Defence Ministers and other senior officials will also participate in the teleconference, as well as the Chief/HNDGS, General Dimitrios Houpis.
