The Minister of National Defence Nikos Dendias will represent the Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the Government at the festivities held in Thessaloniki, for the Anniversary of its Liberation and the celebration for the Patron Saint Demitrios, tomorrow Thursday 26 October 2023.
Mr Dendias will attend the Doxology at the Holy Church of the Patron Saint Demitrios (11 a.m.) and the luncheon in honour of the President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou, at the Thessaloniki Garrison Officers’ Club (1.30 p.m.).
Earlier (10 a.m.), the Minister of National Defence will meet at the Thessaloniki Garrison Officers’ Club, with his Republic of Cyprus counterpart Michalis Giorgallas, who will attend the festivities of the 26th and 28th October.
