At today’s meeting, under the Prime Minister Mr. A. Samaras, the Governmental Council on Foreign Policy and National Defence unanimously approved Defence Minister’s Mr. Panos Panagiotopoulos proposal and decided the procurement of spare parts for 67 engines of F16 BLOCK 52+ aircraft.
The aforementioned provision will be effected by interstate agreement with the pertinent United States’ Government Authority and the total cost will amount up to 183.7 million Euros, apportioned to 5 years.
