The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos accompanied the Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on his tour to Nisyros and Tilos.
The Chief of HNDGS Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis was also present.
The Minister of National Defence accompanied by the Chief of HNDGS Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis and the Chief of HNGS Vice Admiral Georgios Giakoumakis, visited the aircraft carrier “USS Dwight D. Eisenhower”, which is currently sailing the international waters south of Crete in the context of naval operations in the Eastern Mediterranean, earlier that morning.
