The Minister of National Defense Panos Kammenos paid an unscheduled visit to the 113 Battle Wing in Thessaloniki, personally undertaking the responsibility to coordinate the procedures for the dispatch of CL-415 and C-130 aircraft, as well as of Air Force personnel to Israel, in order to contribute to fire extinguishing operations. He saluted the crews wishing them success to their mission.
